1)     The machine adopts PLC and touch screen for automatic mould openingå¡Â‹�옙/span>mould closingå¡Â‹�옙/span>material feedingå¡Â‹�옙/span>steamingå¡Â‹�옙/span>temperature keepingå¡Â‹�옙/span>air coolingå¡Â‹�옙/span>de-moulding and ejecting.

2)     The machine is welded from high-quality profile steelå¡Â‹�옙/span>which is subjected to heat treatmentå¡Â‹�옙/span>ensuring high strength of the machine without deformationå¡Â‹�옙/span>and possibility of bearing the expansion force of the high-density product.

3)     Adopting advanced moulding techniqueå¡Â‹�옙/span>the machine is applicable to produce blocks of high-density and low-density and can ensure same quality of inside and outside block.

4)     The mould cavity surface is coated with Teflonå¡Â‹�옙/span>ensuring easy de-mould and good finish of the block.

5)     Block conveying line and electronic weighing scale for the machines is optional.

With digital rotary coder to adjust mould size automaticallyå¡Â‹�옙/span>it is optional.
